I have shot all same color, and shot with one odd color .When I use to shoot aluminum arrows I had some wild turkey feathers on my camo arrows man they looked great .But you couldnt see them in flight. As far as nocking I shoot a fall away so it doesn't affect me which way vanes is turned

I have shot bows for about 18 yrs,alot of bows have come and gone alot of things have changed in those 18 yrs.I have shot or hunted with alot of bows,there is two brand bows that I have never shot Bowtech and Hoyt.When I was younger I traded alot,most of the bows I traded for didn't fit me the draw length was to long or short and the peak bow weight wasn't rite.My shooting suffered big time from not haveing bow that fit me. I had traded for 3 different XI brand bows in one summer.The last one I had was a competion bow with hatchet cams.This guy I was friends with had a new brand bow that was out called Mathews,he wanted to trade so we traded.The first thing I noticed was there was no jump or kick to the bow when I shot it .I have owned three mathews sense then ,the feather max the Q2 and the SQ2.And now I have the switchback XT none of these bows fit me except for one the xt.The other bows was 28" draw length when I ordered the XT I ordered it with a 27 1/2" draw length 50-60 lbs draw weight.My shooting has never been better. I think its because the bow fits me perfect, I fell more comfortable and confident with this bow.When I hold the bow in my hand it fells like its part of my arm .I don't think I will be tradeing any more, if I do it will be awhile.

I have been trying to find a thumb hole stock for my muzzle loader .It's a CVA firebolt 45 cal. magnum if any one has any ideas please help thanks.

I got my wriest twested just about off .When it twested it seperated and came back together when it came back together it pinched ligemits into and tore tindoins and pinched the nerve.Had to have surgery to repair it but when I make a feist it pops and crunchs like I dont no what but it sounds alfull.Doc said I have devoleped carpul tunel in the wreist now.

The thing with CWD it just wasn't people feeding deer the deer herd population had a hole lot to do with CWD .When you have as many deer as in the northern states the deer go threw alot of food in a hurry.Which leaads to over population in one area were food is abundent.Thats what caused CWD deer herd not properly managed.And from the way its going farmers not letting hunter hunt land any more the deer herds are going to go unchecked and you will have more outbreaks not because of food because of herd population.To me there is no diff hunting a corn field or corn pile or soybean field acorn or apple trees these are free roaming deer they go eat what they want when they want.So I dont think we as hunters shouldn't put down someone else hunting habits.Ever state is diff Just like I have heard of people doing deer drives I have never been in one or ever seen one here in ky .Its just that people in diff states have diff customes the way they are use to doing things.But dont judge cause in the futer you may be asking one of these guys to go hunting because the deer herd in your state is gone from CWD.

Re: Flashlight? I have a mini mag for getting to stand .If I have to track after dark I use a propane lantern it sounds funny but it works great plus when you find your deer no one has to hold a light for you.

Re: The Red neck way to bow hunt You know I was kind of fraid what some might think or say.And I wanted see if there was others that could kill deer in there back yard.I think I am blessed to live out in the country and not have to look out my window at a brick building or trafic.I think thats whats wrong with alot of people in the big city

Re: NAP Quik Spins and Whisker Biscuit I shoot them on my beman ics 400 With a drop away rest I have had great luck with them they fly great.In the back yard I shot out to 65 yrds with my 4 blade muzzys and the had no wobell or un wanted movement.I dont shoot at deer that far just goof n off in yard. But I have heard you cant shoot them threw wb.

We have alot of oaks here in ky and when there is a good mass crop they don't usely eat beach mass intill all other is gone.We have white oaks,Red oaks,Pin oaks and chestnut oaks deer will eat these before starting on beach trees.But we have alot of different oaks for them to eat on

Lets say there is two people in the group.They are hunting on same track of land but different Stands.One guy shoots two bucks one for him and his partner .Just minutes later the other guy kills a buck not Knowing his partner all ready killed one.What do you do in this situation.Here in Ky you cant tag someone else deer.Just Wonderning I had never heard of this till now.
