That is truly an amazing story. There are tons of videos on this guy out on youtube. I ended up watching most of them.

I don't think it is a router issue either since your laptops are working fine. If you get connection on a laptop near the desktop then there should be plenty of signal there. It sounds like an issue with the wireless card to me. When you get kicked off of your internet connection, what do you have to do to get back on? Do you need to reboot, wait a while, or can you get connected again?

I had something happen to me this past weekend at a friend's wedding that I can't quite put a finger on. It was a pretty cloudy day with rain showers off and on but during the start of communion the sun came out and shot a beam of light through a small window in the back of the church and it hit me square in the back. Nobody else but me was in the light but everyone around me noticed it. It lasted for maybe 10 seconds and went away. It definitely gave me a strange feeling and gave me goose bumps yet was pretty cool at the same time. Now I'm left trying to figure out what it meant and it is driving me crazy. To say it was a religious experience for me would be an understatement. I can't help but think it was some sort of sign but for what I don't know. I haven't been to church in a while and the only thing I can think of is that it was god's way of telling me he expects to see me in a pew on Sunday morning. Anybody ever experience anything like that or have any thoughts?

I guess we deserve this for the 80 degree days we saw in March but I'm still not happy about it. Hopefully it will kill some of the wood ticks though as I'm sick of getting covered in them every time I go outside.

It would have been nice if these kids refused to leave campus while wearing shirts that support the country they live in but I can understand why their parents took them home too. I've got a 97 Ranger and I've never had that problem. But then again for the last 2 years the darn latch has been broken and it is stuck in the shut position.

I think a lot of the debate really boils down to personal preference. Do I think the 30-30 is the best choice for deer? No. But you can't really argue with the fact that is taken down deer since the round was invented. I personally shoot a .270 and think it is the best deer round but that is my opinion. Where I hunt up in the swamps of northern WI the 30-30 still has a huge presence. I bet 1 in 4 guns I see hanging off of slings is a lever action 30-30. Where it is hard to get a shot off over 100 yards and the deer drive is used often, I think it is a great gun. Is it the best today, probably not but it sure did have a great run.

My mouth started watering as soon as I read the title to your post. I love perch and don't catch them as often as I'd like. I think I'm going to give your recipe a try though as it sounds great. Seeing as I won't be fishing anytime soon I'm going to have to use store bought perch but they should be good none the less.

I see the Pack realisticly only losing 4-5 games this year. I would have loved a week 17 game in Lambeau but the NFL decided they want that Brett guy to play another year so they gave the Vikings a warm late schedule save for the Philly game. Go Pack.

I see that yesterday some illegal scum decided to shoot an officer during a traffic stop. I hope the officer makes it ok. It's obvious they don't respect our laws and I hope other states follow AZ in what they are doing.
