Congrats, hope you dont go to jail in 16 years.
  2. It's creepy to me that all you old men have facebook pages, or the ability to get on someone else's facebook (before the excuse of, I was using my wife's, child's, etc. to look at the pictures). Anyway to share pictures off of facebook, for those that dont have one?

Pulled the first beet out of the garden this weekend, since you were the first you get it! I hate those dang things, just curious if I could grow them. Success! Also, hate tomatoes but they are growing. I was nervous that I wasnt going to get any growing. I didnt have a single one Saturday. Sunday morning I woke up and there are 28 little guys growing. You get those too!

Good Lord, who in the heck is looking at all these threads. The most views ever and the least replys ever.....seems to be the trend here lately.

Well fed. The pump is right in front of my truck in the picture. It's within reach of a hose and gets filled and cleaned every two weeks. By far the one thing that has increased deer activity over anything else we have done on the property. Apparently we dont have a lot of water around, which seems a little odd for people when they see the pictures.

The grating is 3'x4'.....But it over hangs the cinderclocks a good bit, as you can see in the pictures. Just count my cinder blocks and do the same amount if you like that size.

I have about 50 bucks into it. Pretty cheap if you can find the grating for free like I did. the only thing I am going to change is that I am going to dig a hole right on the inside of the lower block that I pull out to shovel in more coals. Im going to dig 12" down and dump the coals in there. That way they wont spread out once I flip the shovel over. Have two butts to do this weekend, so I will see how it works.

Got all my plots planted at the land, cleared some trees and got my hunting buddies sister her first big game animal and found time for me to get a turkey or two..... new small plot by the drive View of the finger. Have a mix of hardy stuff in the long finger area. Turnip mix in the area closest to the woodline. Clover in some areas and the top field Power Plant. Soybeans, peas, sunflower, etc... Bottom of the field looking to the top, the finger in the above picture is off to the right of this one. Views from one of my tree stands And the last plot, the "top field" this one has the Power Plant in it.

Is it clear from the product that the product is for use after going to the bathroom (#2) ? a. Yes b. No 3. Assuming price is not a factor, how likely would you be to purchase this product? a. Definitely b. Probably c. Might or Might Not d. Probably Not e. Definitely Not 4. Is Port-O-Wipes an appropriate name for wipes that take the place of toilet paper “on the go”? a. Yes b. No 5. What would you call them? a. Port-O-Wipes b. Butt Wipes c. Outback Wipes d. Moist Toilet Tissue e. Other (please specify __Wipe-All__________) Do you have any additional comments on this type product? I would take off "#2" on question 2. Not sure how woman do their deal and what all is involved but they sure do like to take a piece of toilet paper with them when they take a leak in the woods. So, market to them as well. I believe you cant have enough wipes of all different types and uses. I use wipes for bathroom needs, cleaning of face, hands and insect preventer. And a note for Realtree. Your red color only works on some of the text. Note answers 1-3, only bold, yet I have highlighted and turned them red in the response, preview post and they are black yet they are red in the text box.

Hello Corey, To respond to all my PMs....here goes.... Cell phone is still the same. Been busy and not ignoring anyone on purpose. The mail thing from someone is awesome and I cant wait! I miss you too Busy and stressful but life is great. Dont have a facebook so no catching up there I miss you as well I think that covers it all! Way easier to do it this way. Hope everyone is doing well out there in RT land.
  17. I concur, I feel you and I see pretty much eye to eye on most things...
  18. It's been said before but a straight out response..... Whatever credit card, small personal loan or any other form of credit you get, DO NOT pay it off month to month. Just make minimum payments on it for months, but best for a year or more. Credit companies want to see you can make a payment every month, not that you can pay in full every month. Lowes or Home Depot will give credit cards out to anyone (in my experience) Plus, for your first purchase on their cards, you typically get 10% off the bill and if its over $250 or so, you get zero interest for 6 or 12 months. Go get one of thier cards, buy a grand worth of wood and build a sweet deer stand or addition to the barn. Pay the minimum payments on the card till the last month of the zero interest deal and then pay it off that month. And never use it again. Then find another store that has the same deal going on and redo the process. That way you are building credit but not out any interest money. Just an idea.....
  19. Your checking/debit card will not help your credit at all. Get some bills put in your name. Go to your bank and have them put a credit card on your bank account. Take out a small personal loan from the bank to buy something, or just put that money in your savings account and pay that loan for the next 2 years with the money you got. You need to owe somebody something and make those payments to build your credit. Need to do anything you can to build credit, you'll start small and work up, but if you ever want to finance a house, car, land or any other large purchase, this little stuff will help. At least thats my personal experience.
  20. The know it alls will continue to know it all. The searchers for answers will always search no matter the answers they hear. The thin skinned will always be thin skinned and cry. The humorless will never find humor. And the ones that have left wont come back. The only hope this place has to getting back like it was in the "good old days" is to get a fresh batch of folks in here, get the people that think they know everything to not post, and the folks willing to help people respond in a fashion where the new person has to respond back to create a communication and not just a question and answer. This isnt like any other forum I have ever been on. Every single forum has different opinions, way greater arguements than whats been on here and even more thin skinned folks than here, yet they are still going strong. The fact that you have lurkers responding saying they dont respond because they feel they cant becaues of people putting them down or acting like they know everything in the world should open your eyes, but as this thread has shown those folks will never see themselves as others do and would never admit it if they did. Lame.
  21. This thread is proving me correct and the sun is shining!Im sure the horse's head is getting a little red being so high.
  22. No need to post anymore when there are a few here that know everything. Social media didnt kill this place.
