try and put lemon juice in your water , eat 5 small meals instead of 3 big meals , snack on fruits and veggies more , eat tuna from water not oil , stay away from bread , watch your calorie intake , when some people are Hungary they might actually be thirsty , so drink a glass of water , and if your still feeling Hungary snack on a piece of fruit . eat skinless chicken breasts , grilled or baked , stay away from fried food .
