Mo gun season Yea I didn't think I was gonna see anything so when one stepped out I decided to fill a doe tag and fill the freezer.

Well we wrapped up the end of gun season last night here in Missouri. I missed 2 the first day with the 30-06 then went on a dry spell until 5 o'clock last night. How's everyone else's gin season going?

Muzzleloader season has been changed to alternative season this year in Missouri so that means I can pull out the ole crossbow! Before, you had to be disabled to be able to use one so I haven't used it since I lived in Arkansas 5 years ago. Also I got drawn for a 2 day managed crossbow hunt in December!

A few years ago we lost our family farm and ever since we've lived in town. I can't find a place to hunt and I've even put adds on Craigslist. The past few years I would do some work for an old man but he recently passed and now I don't have a place. What are some tips to find a new place? What do you say to a landowner if you are going door to door? Any help is greatly appreciated .

AR brown trout You need to try spring river in mammoth spring AR. Right under dam 3 is the best spot and it's not too far from white river.
