I am fascinated that the newer cell phones can get "pinged" or located within 5 feet of your location, if he was injured, it would of really helped medical personel., he almost became injured when he decided to challenge a testosterone driven 41 year old bowhunter., I did forwarn him though, I beat on convicts for 14 years, I still havent forgot how much I enjoyed it..lol..he either needs to clean up his act, or he will be involved in many more boughts with the law....real trash talking punk. al

They are the only ones on the road at 420am in the morning. I, along with my buddy Adam decide to leave my home early and head to an old woods I have hunted only during the rut. I have a new hang on, along with brand new climbing sticks, so we leave extra early. Well, it happened. I was about 60 yards behind a SUV, see him hit his brakes lights, then we see headlights, then nothing...we both look at each other, and yep., the car had flipped once, and was now on its side, still smokin' as we just witnessed it. I call 911 immediately to get the good guys coming, while Adam checks for injuries. The beligerant 18 year old young man screams at us, "whatever you do, dont call the f**** cops, and the fresh smell of booze fills the cool morning air" He is uninjured, but really drunk, and really stupid. Needless to say, after he picked a fight with me, and called his mom on speaker phone, who seemed as intelligent as him..lol, or worse, the cops made it in 10 minutes, and my new found friend "Seth" is in cuffs going to jail. What an idiot, truly stupid to be totally blitzed at 18, and driving down gravel country roads at 420am......he was arrested for DUI, Improper lane usage, illegal consumption alcohol as a minor, and several other charges I didn't catch.....I still got to the woods in plenty of time to get set up.....what a morning. I am amazed at the newest 911...they "pinged" my phones GPS, because some of the roads I travel are unmarked, and they had my location immediately, within five feet of the drive of an abandoned farm, truly amazing technology. al

Two good bucks in a matter of days....sounds like the shooter or his equipment....what is he using, cheap broadheads, poor set up...or poor shot choices.....lots of great deer fall to cars, disease, coyotes, poachers, and well thoughtful caring cousins. Id be sure next time that he was up to the task at hand, its sad to hear of two bucks being lost in one season by one man., and him being the main cause of both deers demise. al

Apparently the world has gone crazy.....at least two shooters have killed at least 7, and wounded 20 +....its not good folks, they have a shooter in custody, but reports (unclear) that there is another shooter still commiting kaos. Prayers for the victims, and their families. al

Can you give me an idea on how tall, and broad he is, I have some lightweight coveralls that would be good for him, and the price is right, free. they are the oldest realtree camo pattern that Im aware of..lol.......al

I want a string splitter pretty bad...Id go with that one for sure.....I shoot both eyes open, so I dont really have any true issues...well involving bowhunting anyway..lol.........al

I would hope for a cold night, and then a stiff, dead deer...Im betting the angle of the shot plays into this, sounds like a liver hit, which is fatal., take your time, place tissue on each mark of blood, and you'll be fine, can't wait to see the pics........al

OMG....just a few short years ago, he was a small teen boy sleeping over at my house on a trip, watching hunting videos, and eating popcorn and laughing till we cried., what a man he has become.....give him our best as always buddy.. al

Well I guess I would of found a way to dispatch the animal., its sad the animal had to suffer as it did. I carry a large axe, yes, a large axe with a blunt end, I had ended many a suffering with that thing. al

I just have to say one thing....I can't believe this bow has not sold yet.....I really am perplexed, its a great bow, has arrows...what is the problem...........I sure hope you sell it soon, looks to be a great investment........al

I am so feeling this conversation....I was helping the 8th grade PE class shoot bows with my son, and well....the boys couldnt pull back a 15 lb bow, and whined the whole time......I was amazed on how they have no upper body strength....and they whined., if I had whined like that at that age, my dad would of backhanded me......my son shot great though...extremely strong..but he is made to stack wood, and mow yards, and haul stuff for grandparents by hand....al

Agreed. There is really a great number of drunk drivers, and people under the influence of drugs all over us., it totally freaked me out the other morning when I watched a car across from me huff from a water bong, holding up traffic., he was called in, no idea if that idiot got caught..haven't seen his thug car or him lately on the roads. Be safe, and always remain a distance from these idiots, because believe it or not, idiots have access to guns too. al

Kinda fishin' in my head....does anyone have a standard slug barrel for a Mossberg 500 they can sell pretty cheap....I have my pet gun to shoot deer with(thanks to someone in Ohio,lol) I am loaning out my turkey gun,and it needs a slug barrel for it., thanks gang, have a great day., if the price is too high, maybe I can rent it for two weekends in November and December for a real friend that needs it. al

I fell 27 feet out of a tree and fractured my hand....did it in complete darkness.....scared the heck out of me.....al

Make a mock scrape with a drip bottle, and freshen up that one, and make sure it has a licking branch....that way closer to rut, they will visit during daylight hours......pick a hang bottle with scrape juice, your area will get more exciting...al
