  1. If you reside in one of the following locations, you have a package enroute from Stillman Valley, Illinois. 1) Camp Hill, Penn. (one of the best turkey call makers/friend I have been blessed to know) 2) Houghton, NY. (Is going to save lives with her touch, top notch ) 3) Oxford, ME. ( One of the best members we will ever have, as he has a heart of gold) 4) Box Elder, SD ( Goes INTO a fire to help someone, kudo's to the brave bowhunter in South Dakota) 5) Richwood, Ohio ( A young archer that WILL make a difference on this forum). In one small statement, I just want people to know that this forum is made of up great people that I have been blessed to speak with, and sometimes help....if you need any type of equipment within reason to help you along this season, better arrow rest, better arrow, treestand...if I can find a way to honestly help you, I will....dont scam me, we wont scam you....this is the best forum on the internet, as we are all brothers and sisters in Christ, and we truly care about what the others are needing. Kudo's to Realtree for introducing us ALL. thanks. al
  2. Its great to hear he is doing well...it was great talking with you the other night Jeramie....I hope he drills a deer this year with it, and gets the sight in the photo....that would rock.....al
  3. Ruth.....good to hear the problem was ended so quickly.....we have had a bad case of mange and distemper in our area....people not from the country tried to approach a darn near bald fox around 1 in the afternoon by our huge park where we have football practice....all Im allowed to use is a shovel according to conservation....even sickly, yep...it outrun your fat buddy from Illinois....it will die, I just hope quick., take care of them chickens.......al
  4. Ruth...welcome back, I sent you a PM....we need a model for that item your asking about....all I need is an addy again.......al
  5. I think black is correct if thats where you intend to be for the day...I would carry a bag with other camo if you move, but black facemask and black uppers is what I see to work with mine......and best results for sure with only the front window open....any more, and its defeating the purpose of stealth, unless you have camo mesh over the windows............I only open the front window.........al
  6. Two and four blade Magnus heads (Ted Nugent) blades...love em. al
  7. Build a bridge, and place it in the shallow end toward the front of your pic where the water ripples.........make sure it is long enough to get to both sides firmly in place....wouldn't be a bad idea to stake it in on each side...............dont risk injury crossing. al
  8. I don't know if you have alot of pms yet...but I think these rock..great job buddy..........al
  9. Great looking bow indeed...very clean lines..........I shoot a Darton Maverick extreme....and love the feel of the bow during and after the shot......its great to have a bow you enjoy........al

  13. 14. Never heard of them either......I shot big game 100's for several years...and if I had some, Id shoot em again......cost of stuff is extreme this year....I dont want to nickel and dime my favorite past time....but obviously someone has to make money....I think its great he got you some great arrows.....can't wait to see the blood on em...al
  15. Great hog......Buckee..."exciting to say the least"....yea, Mr Kindness Buckee let the hog breed a sow, with me standing behind ole Buckee....Boar jumps off the sow, and Buckee lets that arrow fly....drilled that ole boy....it rocked....great shot, great fun....and if I ever do it again with these crazy forum members....I WILL go out in the dark with a spear and get one in the whee hours of the morning...minus the moonshine courage....lol..............al
  16. I have debated for years, as I shot my great Darton bows, to either switch to one pin and forget it...or keep my current set up with my Trophy Ridge sight....well, our dear friend Jeramies brother needed a multi pin sight for his set up....so, here is my chance to make the change.....I have shot my sons bow with his single pin with great accuracy, so I did it....Jeramie....I have shipped a great sight your way...and I now have one bright green pin to set up at 20 yards.......I dont usually shoot any farther than that in thick Illinois woods............my bow shoots fast..it has to be in the 295fps range with the Nuge blades....so, one inch high at 15, dead on at 22 yards, and inch low at 30......so a few squirrels might get lucky with this set up....but the deer won't. Hope your brother enjoys his FREE Trophy Ridge sight buddy..........heal that arm up. al
  17. Yikes.........that one smarts...........glad to hear your ok though....could of been alot worse.......al
