  12. Ya cant see why this thread would get out of hand either, it is just someones thoughts on a hot area where he lives. I have heard worse about IL and Iowa and other places.
  13. There is a post in the Muzzle Loader section asking if TC is really all that and why all the Hype, it is the experiences like this one after the other that tell why. They are the best hands down
  14. Finn I have owned both the Optima and Optima Pro while both are good guns I would still stick with the Triumph. If you ML season is long enough to justify a good gun stick with a TC. I have owned every brand out there and I am not putting any down but once you shoot a TC you WILL see what all the hype is about.
  15. Sure did, I am getting thirsty again also
  16. Hey Finn, I actually won one of the ones in the Knocked and Loaded contest here. The Camo and Stainless. So far I find the gun really nice. You wont see many Omegas around with these on the market. The gun handles 150 Grns of powder no problem and groups very well. I like the speed breech and it is nice and lite. I topped it with my usual Nikon Camo Prostaff 3x9x40 and have shot it right out to 200 yrds so far with no issues at all. I can tell you I went into my local shop here a month ago and he had 11, 2 weeks later I had to go back for some stuff and he only had 1 left. I was shocked but word go around ina small town about how well it shot and thats all it took.
  17. If you are shooting Powerbelts dont clean your barrell so much they like a dirty barrell, only clean it after say every 4 shots. I use 100 Gr 777 and a 295 Gr Aero tip Power Belt in my older Encore and 150 Grn 777 and a 295grn Powerbelt or 250grn Shot Wave and get 1 to 1.5 inch groups to 200 yrds
  18. Great buck Corey !! You guys are having a great year for sure !
  19. I use the American Feeder Digital motors, I dont use the solars stuff and feed twice a day, battery usually lasts about 6 weeks or more
  20. Wow thats too bad sure are a couple of nice bucks there
