Probably but being honest with the customer and saying hey we are swmaped and behind your order might take xxxx days or weeks would be fine, I would wait if I was told that in advance and honest !

I hate to ask this right after my Bass Pro thread but has anyone else has issues with service from the guys selling the Thwack shirts ?? First their Website lets you fill in all the info for a Canadian order but wont let you finish, then I email them and get an answer back from a woman there saying yes they ship to Canada just give her what I am looking for and my addy for pricing and shipping info and I do. I then get an email back saying she forwarded it off to the 2 other gentlemen in the company who take weeks to get back to me, when I do I supply my address ect for a shipping quote once again within minutes of his email to again be waiting days for an answer ?? Is this suppose to be great service ?? I am going to be emailing him to forget it and I was ordering 4 shirts also, would prefer to give my money to a company that actually wants it !! I just dont get it, I own 2 companies and if I treated my customers 5% the way BP and these guys have I would not have any left, I just dont get people.

I agree totally as well but it is how they deal with problems their customers have that determine what kind of company they are, and to date they deal with then all poorly !

It is good to see I am not alone on this one, they are far from being a Cabelas and have lost my business for good this time.

Maybe it is just me but I get burned by these guys every time I use them. I cant tell you how much and how many different online companies I order from a year and these guys are BY far the worst. I ordered a Boresighter kit about 3 months ago. Kit came in broken all the glass inside was smashed. Phoned to tell them and was told I had to ship it back at my own expense and claim it back later ( 1st real stupid idea ), they would not send out a replacement until they got this one ( Second real stupid idea ) I send it back traceable and show it signed for 5 days after sending it. After another month of not receiving the replacement and calling them about 6 times they finally manage to get one out to me. It has now been 2 credit card statements later and still no refund for the shipping I sent them copies of 3 times now. This is the 6th time or some I go through this with them and only use them is I am REALLY stuck for something and need it now but this will be the last time for even that ! Just had to rant as they claim they are as good as Cabelas and the rest and are not even close !!

The following Day we were up at 6am, showered, had breakfast and were waiting outside the doors at 8am for them to open. We stayed right accross the street from the store. A FEW OF THE HUGE TROUT AND FISH IN THE STORES POND THE AFRICAN ANIMALS AREA AND LAST BUT NO WHERE LEAST THE AQUARIUM IN THE FISHING DEPT

Well since we had a few days free over this holiday season I finally talked the wife into taking the 8 hour drive to PA to visit the Cabelas store. I phoned to find out they were booked out until end of March Well last Wednesday night I decided to try again and lucky us they had a cancelation so we booked in and took my nephew and his girlfriend along as well. All I can is WOW, it lived up to every rumor and praise I had heard it given. If you have been considering going to have a chance to go DO IT !! Here are a bunch of pics I took, hope you all enjoy them. This is us arriving, we got there on at 3PM on the first day and the store was PACKED, we could hardly even get near the gun section and stuff so we were standing at the door at 8am the following day which was a much better move, got to see a TON more stuff without the added stress of the crowdes of people HERE ARE SOME SHOTS OF INSIDE THE STORE, THEY DO THE SIZE OF IT NO JUSTICE.
