I got a Primos Vision to hunt from in our own woods....easy to set up and roomy...good bow blind in my opinion...

I last heard like every 2 years...The factory string on my Elite has held up very well...about a year old. Will probably get some wear with 3D shooting.

Well back home...I liked the sound of this job and left with a good feeling...like this may where God wants me...it just "felt right". Should hear in about a week. M-F job 8:30am-4:30pm...on call a week a month with extra pay.....

I've always have a Buck Knife laying around....but I also have a Ross Tyser (hammerforged here on Realtree) knife...which I have yet to get blood on it,lol.

Have an interview today at 11am for a position as a Home Care Nurse...Then planning to drive back home and hang outside, so nice! Also hoping to schedule an interview at a larger hospital on their med/surg. floor.... Trying to see who has what to offer and where God wants me.I'm a bit unsure on the "where God wants me" part, lol. At my current job, I worked this past weekend with 1 patient....not cool:surrender:

I thought it was a hen Black Duck...thought they and hen Mallards looked pretty similar...I had a few pics of those 2 and a couple pics of a Mallard pair...

Thanks guys! I'm going to guess it was about 1/4 mile away from the other side...I think it's about 3 years old...as the other side I remember I found the year I had my record number of sheds found which I think was 2009

Pulled the bow out yesterday to practice. Skipping my 3D round this week, will shoot next week. Want some more practice time, only have 4 rounds left to turn in. These were my last 2 shots yesterday, about 32 yards...now if I could do that all the time, lol!

Not huge but couldn't be happier, especially after not finding any sheds in 2010. Brought home 2 freshies today from a 3 hour hike on some state land. First one: Second one: And together: Both were right smack on trails....

Have an interview Thursday at 2pm at a hospital...trying not to be nervous,lol

I have a bad habit I'm tryign to break of punching the trigger on my wrist strap release. I picked up a TruFire 3D Hunter thumb release to try out...I like the idea of no strap on my wrist and maybe could break myself of punching and rushing my shot. Well it sure is hard to get the hang of...went back to using the wrist strap release...at least until the indoor 3D league is over... Playing around with trying to get the thumb knob to sit right.. and release technique. Any helpful tips?
