Yeah like I'd be smart enough to photoshop out a hunter that's funny stuff right there lol. He's a pretty little deer but would of been a pounder in a couple.
Sureshot your about the only guy might have a chance squaring off with him-Leon is a pretty tough old hockey player. No first hand experience but things could get a bit western. I guess with any utfitter might not hurt to do some prehunt research.
We have friends within a few hours of there in Wyoming and Montana so it won't be too bad. The rodeo coaches are awesome-looks like he'll be taking wildlife ecology or rangeland ecology. had to turn down hockey and football offers but I guess bucking horses is his meal ticket.
Right at the kitchen table-superguide jr. just signed his letter of intent with Montana State in Bozeman. He'll be going there for four years on a rodeo scholarship-if anybody in NW Montana or Wyoming needs a hunting buddy I'm sure he'll be up for it. I'm gonna miss my hunting partner!!!
Next time you don't take time to take a good field pic think of this. I lost a friend and hunting buddy Blaine Wilson in the Sparwood, B.C. avalanche disaster. I'm glad I have this pic of the last day we hunted together this year. Blaine was a great guy-not the greatest shot some days but a great guy.
Superguide Jr. is selling his first bow a Martin Jaguar with a whisker biscuit rest, cobra sidewinder sight, quiver and a stabilizer. It's a proven killer but he wants to buy a .204 for yotes. PM Ty for details as to price.

My buddies got this nice buck today-grosses 158-the 170 they missed standing at 80 yards kind of dwarfed him though lol.
This old guy was dogging a doe this A'M and I caught him in the open. I guess that's 13 points for the cause. He's 21 inches wide-the widest deer I've ever shot.
The rut is really kicked in-Ty and I caught thos oldtimer dogging a doe just at daylight and the old .270 put him down. Kind of a character deer 21 inches wide and 8 inch brows-it was -21 this morning so it was chilly getting him skinned out.
Hung my mulie tag up this year-guess I'm getting a bit fussy lol. We rain into a buddy who I used to be the 4H leader for. Ty and I pushed a couple bluffs for him and another guy and got their mulie tags filled. Seeing lots of 140 class deer but haven't seen a shooter yet.Just not right hunting deer unless it's minus 20 lol.
Ty rattled in a buck about the same size later in the A'M but passed him up-Sara's buck is on the way down the buck they rattled in was just a young deer so they let him walk.
I guess we've killed alot of deer, the odd moose and some bear with a mediocre round lol. It has almost no recoil so anyone can shoot it accurately enough to put the lead where it belongs. I've had some long cold track jobs on deer shot with superior cartridges-my main rifle is a .270 bit I take out one of the .243's every now and then too. My daughter has a 788 carbine that is easy to pack and fun to shoot.
