    Jackie Bushman?

Don't know the guy...but the persona he puts out there is all about drumming up money for Buckmasters or Jackie Bushman. If you can watch his show...count how many times he says his name. ME ME ME ME ME... Not to mention the harassing phone calls from his telemarketers. He may well be a hunting vid pioneer, but somewhere he took a wrong turn.

    Happy Birthday!!!

Happy B Day Big Seller Lou!
  5. They will remove what they found after making sure the area is free of any other artifacts that could be of historical value. Construction will continue. The ship area has, as I had expected it to become, a restricted area. My ID won't allow me access to that area. Everything is under strict security.
  6. You funny John:D... Yes, the first rumor around the site was they found a ship that was supposedly from the 1600's, but it dates earlier to the mid 1800's. None the less a great find. They were excavating in a area that was not previously dug when the original towers were built. The memorial pools are taking the old foot prints of the old towers. This was in the south end of the site. The job is not closed and the entire site is 16 acres. Where this ship was found was at the old waters edge. Much of lower Manhattans Battery Park city(West of WTC) is built from fill when the original towers were built back in the 60's. This area was never dug as deep as they are digging now. So the shore line was much closer than it is now. They kept dumping fill at rivers edge creating land. It makes sense to find nautical artifacts on where the shore line would be. It is not where I am working. But I might take a stroll on by tomorrow for a look see . It has been the largest job I have ever been on in my 26 years in construction in NYC. I am proud to work there and being part of the rebuilding process is something quite special to me. The quality of the work that is getting put in is incredible. Every trade is busting their butt to make everything perfect. Look here for the live job site web cam. http://www.national911memorial.org/site/PageServer?pagename=new_visit_earthcam

  13. OK I have used Mobil 1 from the get go(new) with two vehicles and outside of it not leaving sludge on the heads and valves...I saw no difference. I did 5K oil changes with the Mobil1 and my 01 Saturn started burning oil at 80K. The added protection the synthetic provided was not visible to me or worth it. Maybe in performance motors like the Vette or North Star engines. I am a firm believer in: if you stay on your oil, use a good filter(prime it with oil before installing it), don't push the oil beyond the 3-4500k mark and the motor will serve you well in the compression dept. Wally World oil is fine, so is Pennzoil and Quaker State. Whatever is on sale. But in my dirt bikes and 4 wheelers I use Castrol GTX. I buy filters in bulk on E Bay for all my vehicles. We recycle the oil and filters here in my town. So that makes it easy to do your own.
  14. How often were there worn? How old are they? Thinking about them for my 14 year old.
