********, period. You must work in the most horrible place in the World. I have never once worked for anyone that doesnt give two cents about my personal life. Yeah, its not important to the actual work being done at a place of buisness, but they actually care for me as a person and they also understand I have a life outside of work. Your quote to them is completely wrong and inappropriate. If I have a family member die, traumatic experience outside of work and it effects my attitude for the next couple of days or week, then yes, they ask and care and give time off for funerals. I think if your thinking is that no one that you work for cares about you other than the work you produce then are the one that has the issues and need to find yourself a better job and also some time to get away from everything and realize this whole work thing is not 100% about work or production, its about experience. I understand the cop thing, if you do something illegal and get caught, yeah he's not going to care, but in the work place, your quote and thoughts are wrong.

hahaha, thats awesome! That reminds me of one friday night at deer camp. We were all sitting around the fire eating grilled shrimp waiting for the last hunting buddy to show up. About 30 minutes after he said he would be there, he rolls in in his 5 day old toyota tacoma, gets out slams the door cussing that would make a sailor blush. He calls us over to take a look at the passenger door. It is caved in touching the seat and jammed shut. It looked like a bowling ball slammed into it. He asked what happened and he said he was sitting at a red light in down town Columbia, SC. in the middle of the campus of USC in front of the capital building and BANG I doe ran full speed into the side of his truck. Stupid thing got up and ran into it again before running off between two bars.

Crazy! Yeah, the minute thing is really weird. Its like they are all chained emotionally together. I have thought about invite them to come hang out deal all at the same time. That would be awesome and a horrible train wreck, but I would almost think worth it. The only issue, is for three of the 5 it would be an expensive train wreck trip since they are in North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. At least 2 of the 5 could walk out and be home in a matter of minutes, the others would have to figure something else out. As an update, it is going alright. I have kepy my cool, but am kinda getting sick of the I miss you BS, but whatever, we shall see what tonight brings.....Updates sometime.

Heck, I have. Its not a matter of me running back to them. I just find it a little scarey that they all seem to text/call within a hour of each other on the same day. Its hard to keep track of the text as well. Since 3 names start with "A"s and 2 with "J"s. Its dangerous.

The thread about the tiny fawns got me thinking about a past experience I had. On the opening day of muzzleloading season in South Carolina 3 years ago (Oct 1st) I shot a doe out of a group of 7. When I walked up to her, she was huge, for a SC deer. During the gutting process we discovered that she has two fetus in her that were far enough along that they resembled deer. They were maybe just under a pound and a little bigger than my hand, with developed legs, head, eyes, the whole nine yards. Being bred this time of year and having developed fetus was insanely weird. What are some of the werid things you have seen with deer out in the woods, that will make people question your story?

I actually came into the forums for the first time in about 2 years using Realtree.com instead of Realtree.com/forum. It was not as easy as I would have thought to find the forums. To get more members here to these forums, you might want to make the forum link a lot easier to find. Now, I know I am not the sharpest tool in the shed, but neither is 93.854% of the folks here. (Please people, dont take offense to that) just thought I would throw that out there. I will book mark the new forum address and be using that address from now on instead of locating it through the home page of RealTree.com. I know its not that difficult to find, but its not easy if you are new to RealTree and dont know about the "community" button.

If it's in ND, I will drive. Being that I am driving, I can bring my grill as well as a smoker.... I will be glad to cook at meal a night or two.

Cool deal, I am thinking about picking one up for buddies to hunt with. I have a bunch of friends that want to waterfowl hunt with me but all lack guns. I figure I can pick one up for them to use for the day while they hunt with me. I love my SBEII so, a nova would make a good match for friends to use.
