It's been a bad year for me too in the dead department. I'm at 9 dead bucks and 2 dead doe/fawns so far and we just got melted out. Sure a few more are going to turn up before it's over.

That would have been a cool little set to find. I've seen turkey with longer spurs than them dinks,lol.

Tried that one too. Actually got my dog whistle from a pet store. Owner of the shop looked at me kinda funny when I told him I'd be using it for turkey. Think I payed around 40 bucks for it,lol Was a great call when I'd blow my crow before it. Often had toms gobbling right over my silent whistle.:hammer1:
