  1. Cool pictures Tyler. I iwsh we could have cameras on the courses here, they made them illegal to have on a course a couple of years back.
  2. That is one fine buck, you should be very proud of him! Great looking mounts.
  3. I actually miss my first day of work in over 6 years because I was sick. It's some nasty stuff and I can't wait to get over it.
  4. He looks like a little banning machine! LOL Beautiful child, Kyle.
  5. Cardiacs are the only way to fly! :offtopic: I'm going to start a ROSS Frat and be the founder, presidant, and only member on here. LOL
  6. Good deal Tyler, sounds like your really up and coming in your archey. I did manage to get out and shoot on my range this evening in the yard.
  7. I've got WB on both of my hunting bows and have both of them squared to the bow, then the arrow squared to it. I shoot blazer vanes and have had no problems with vanes tearing, arrows tearing up or anything of that nature. These rest are very accurate out to 45 yards to were I am sighted into. If your getting any type of vane wear or arrow, then your bow isn't tuned or arrow rest isn't square.
  8. You could measure and sight your pins in if you knew you speed of the arrow. Actually you could measure your old pins and set them up that way, if you still have the old sight. Personally, I'd get out there and fine tune them in at the specific distances. You would have any second guessing going on when shooting, then.
  9. Try posting it on ArcheryTalk.com in the classifieds. Should draw a couple to three hundred dollars.
  10. This isn't to hyjack the thread on tuning but two things I found that really helped with Muzzy's flying with fieldtips. Is don't use the wrench that is provided to tighten the trocar tip down, it flexes or bends the blades. I just finger tighten them and they work great. Aligning the blades up with the fletchings work well also.
  11. Good luck Tyler! I don't have another shoot until the 10th of April.
  12. That is sweet, I hope it shoots as good as it looks. Keep us updated on it.
  13. Both are great broadheads but I am more partial towards Muzzy. I've shot them for nearly two decades with great success.
  14. Pretty cool and I'm glad both of the hunters got their deer, very marginal shots on both. Not my cup of tea, however.
  15. You darn skippy I'm ready, I am so looking forward to September getting here.
  16. that is awesome, wildebeast are so ugly they are beautiful those are some awesome pictures and a great looking bow.
  17. Happy birthday Tom and I hope you had a great one!
  18. Good luck to you as well, and keep us posted on how you do.
  19. Way to go, DA21 ! I had another shoot this past weekend and totally blew it with 4 five's and got beat by one of my competitors on the last target. I shot a 5 and he shot a 10, resulting in beating me by 1 point.:bang:
  20. that is a sweet looking set up, let us know how its shoots.
  21. I agree whole heartily with Tink on this one. I don't walk with an arrow knocked, and good luck on hitting something coming at you in the dark, getting your bow drawn, and accurately hitting this thing that is about to chew your butt up. I'd much rather have the arrow in my hand and stabbing this critter several times versus' having only one shot and possibly missing. I can get an arrow out of my quiver quicker than putting a release on the string, drawing the bow back, and keeping an eye on what is going to eat me. To each his own this topic on whether they want to be a statistic or not. Stalking an animal during legal shooting and having an arrow nocked is a no -brainer.
