  1. 20.00 for either one and I'll pay shipping.
  2. I've got three sights one of which I don' think you'd be interested in but the others are a Copper John LiL John 3 pin, and a Tru glo Extreme 3 pin with a glow in the dark 20 yard pin.
  3. I've got a couple of fiber optic sight here, let me get some details on them and I'll post them back to see which of them you might want.
  4. Gregg, I'm sorry to hear that buddy. His picture has been an icon in your profile for years on here. It's tough losing a part of you that been there for years, you have my best wishes and prayers.
  5. Congrats Jeremey and Tony on the 10 years! its been a lot of fun on here over the last 10, I just had my 10 Anny. on the 11th of this month!
  6. LOL yeah like I said that is draw back but I generally fletch my arrows up at night so they are ready for the next to shoot.
  7. I have used Fletch-tite glue in the white tube with red writing on it. It works great and I've used it for years, sure it doesn't dry as fast as the others but it in my opinion is best fletching glue out there.
  8. I don't know, I have looked for 30 minutes and can't find a thing on that. It sounds like a good concept, though.
  9. You will be fine, its better to be over spined than under spined. Only thing that will substantially affect is the speed with those shafts being heavier per inch.
  10. It's that time again fellow stick and stingers, smoke polers, and gunners! With the seasons getting ready to come in, I wanted to get another thread going for all of our kills for everyone to see and post. Good luck to all of you and be safe out there.
  11. I have hunted with Muzzy since 1992 and have had great success with them. I've hunted with the 100 grain for a few of those years and switched to the 75 grain in 2003 and shot them ever since. I have tried a couple of other heads in my quiver but will never switch from Muzzy.
  12. I am unsticking this thread so we can start a new success thread for 2010-2011 hunting season. I will start it on the 1st.
  13. Fraying on the string is normal wear and tear, nothing a little string wax can't cure. It is the broken strand of the string or harness that you would need to be concerned with and want to have the string and harness replaced. I had a bow for 9 years and when I sold it, that bow still had the original string and harness on it. I kept it waxed and soley used it to hunt with, I personally believe if you take care of them they will last a long time. First and foremost, change the string or harness if any strands are broken.
  14. Scrubmasters are coming to life as the season gets closer. "Spikey" you are the Grand PooBah! LOL
  15. I agree, i don't believe you need the ARC in a range finder for bowhunting. I've had a Bushnell Scout for several years without it and had no issues with getting the range accurately.
  16. I;ve used the RENZO decoys with some success but some great humor in the woods. These things are very life=like until the deer get to the side of them. Nothing like seeing a fellow deer out the woods or field and try to get down wind to find out if your a cousin or not and you totally disappear when they get directly beside them because they are made so thin. LOL I've got deer on video freaking out when they got beside them, absolutely hilarious. Decoys, just like anything else will work; it's just got to be the right time right place.
  17. Welcome to the forums, it's always good to have a new member come in. I think you will enjoy this site and all the folks. Glad to have you here Dave.
  18. I will be hanging stands in a couple of weeks and getting ready for the 2nd Saturday in Septmeber to make something bleed.:1eye:
  19. Granted some people are very afraid of snakes but they all have a purpose here. As far as poisinous snakes I will leave them alone unless they pose a drirect threat to my kids around the house, other wise I leave them alone. Black snakes especially, they are more beneficial alive than dead. They not onl eat other snakes but rats and other critters as well and they can't do that dead.
  20. Those burners are called "Sternal" and they are in the camping section of any Walmart. A guy I worked with was a big bear hunter using the same set up and got great results with this combination of sternal, an empty can, and a jar of honey.
  21. That is awesome, that'd be pretty cool to have around here.
  22. I'm waiting on September to get here, actually next month to go out and hang stands, then the reall itch starts. That is just a warm up waiting on my trip to Ohio in November to get here.
  23. Give it time Chris, the season for them will be here soon enough.
  24. I was looking t the same thing on the date. I've seen several post from 4+ years brought up. Dartonman even had a classified from 2006 brought up. Strange indeed:1eye:
