  1. H or BH, hang in there. Maybe something will come your way before the seasonis over. If not, I will have to post the 17 point buck early that I took a couple of weeks ago. Squirrel hunter isn't the only one who can sandbag on posting pictures. Baahaaaa Team 1 will have a short lived lead. ha ha ha ha
  2. I've taken 42 deer with my bow, there are only a couple that really fooled me on shot placement and that was because they were nervous and jumped the string. The entry wound was a little off and exit was way off on them but made recoveries. I'd give myself a 2 out 10 on this because I am very confidant when I release the arrow.
  3. That is awesome, congrats on the mountain lion kill with the bow. Can't wait to see the pictures of it, great story and congrats again..
  4. I practice all angle's with deer targets and a block target.
  5. I've taken deer with all of these shot angles with a bow and will not hesitate on any of them when the opportunity is right. Yes Yes Yes Yes Yes
  6. Good thing about being a Mod, I can delete his entry:toot:he he he he he he he he Seriously, congrats guys!
  7. Looks like you've got some great potiential there for next year. Gotta love those trail camera's.
  8. Man, that is awesome! Congratulations to both of them and their proud Pappa!
  9. I'd say you are having a great year, congrats! Good deal on the muzzleloader kills.
  10. Very nice buck! Congrats! Welcome to the forums.
  11. Very very nice buck, welcome to the forums and Congrats!
  12. I like those, he did a great on them. I've thought about a base for the Euro's i've got, those would be a good one to have.
  13. Way to go Kyle! congrats on your first bow buck and what a fine to start with! Good job!
  14. I sure hope so, because we have lost the lead now and with ALL the "smack" you have been giving Team1 you should have points on the board before doing that.:hammer1: Good luck, get out there and bust something.
  15. Congratulations Matt! That is a very nice buck and an awesome kill no matter what you killed it with.
  16. Hang in there Arrow, I've had seasons like that and I know how frustrating it can be. It really sucks to put the time and effort in and come up empty handed but eventually it pays off and the good times out way the bad ones. Good luck to you buddy.
  17. That is awesome and a big pat on the back to you for giving him a chance. Our kids are the future of hunting!
  18. That is just an added feature for gang adjustment of all the sights, and some of them come with micro-adjust for individual pins. When adjusting a sight with the dove tail style, it is a bit tedious to do so but you very seldlom have to gang adjust all of your sight pins. In my opinion, it isn't worth the extra money for the micro adjust. There are alot of great sights out there but all the bells and whistles aren't needed.
  19. Visibility mainly, its the quality of fiber optics that is used. So far, the best I have seen are the Extreme sights and they aren't alot of money. I used Copper John for years and finally last year went tot he extreme sights. I haven't regretted it going to them. Some other cost of the more expensive sight are the 3rd axis adjustment, company who makes them, and just the whole quality of the sight. Cheaper ones will tend to strip out the threads after a few adjustments and your looking at buying a new one again. Persoanlly I think it's worth the money to go ahead and buy a mid-line priced sight like the extreme. They generally run aroudn 60.00 and well worth it.
  20. Awesome! Congrats on all the kills and more points for the Great 8 team.
  21. Congratulations Trax! those are some well needed points. Team one had a great weekend for bucks and should be in the lead now but not by much. If we can get some more deer on the board we should be good to go. If my math is right we are still ahead of Team 1 by one point. Congrats again Trax!
  22. Your right, he is very wide. esily over 20 inches wide. Just looking at the normal picture you can see his rack, the two bright areas are his rack. Not quit to his hams but dang close. It doesn't blur out much on my computer when I zoom in, but his has it all width, mass, and height.
