Re: Gonna send in my name to be head coach of.... My biggest concern or thought about your list of rules is the playing time. I think the PC about letting each kid have equal or meaningful playing time is wrong. Why punish the team and the good players or studs by letting the less talented players lose or jeopardize games? By this age they need to start learning that winning is important in sports (and the rest of your lives). The kids that are less talented need to learn to step up their game as much as possible and realize that they may not be starters on the team, but because of their role on the team, they can still be winners. I spent most of my basketball career which consisted of jr high & high school on the bench and I don't think I traumatized by it. I liked to play bball, even though I wasn't as good as my teammates. That is life. They might as well get used to it.
