Guess what Chris? I hurt myself, waaa haaa haaa!:hammer1: Actually if any of you have not cut your palm before, it hurts like crazy! Was cutting some Deciduous holly branches with my mom to put in our wreath and the pruners which I sharped snipped right into my palm....Doesn't look bad on the outside but a little deep and hurts like crazy. No, I don't need stitches, should heal ok on it's own. Good thing I know first aid:yes: lol I will say I was only about an 1/8" away from a vein that really would have bled...:-o Be careful with sharp objects everyone!

Yeah, I always looks for deer carcasses when shed hunting...I think there'll be a few to find this year after no snow during gun season. I might start looking a little bit in January/February and more often come March. How many are interested in having the shed contest again?

Don't think I'll be putting a shotgun deer on the ground this year. today is my last day although season doesn't end till Sunday, I work all weekend. Went out last night and saw one come out but couldn't sneak in on her. Going to go out tonight, don't know if I'll sit where that doe was or try some still hunting then sit. Cold out so deer should be moving around tonight. Ah well, late season starts Monday and I'm excited to take my bow back out as I have 2 dmps left and then my gun buck tag can be used during late archery as well.

Super deer and pics!

Good luck Tim! My last weekend to hunt with shotgun...I work the closing weekend. It's ok, last few years I've hunted late archery and seen more deer then, than during shotgun. Got 2 DMPs and my buck tag to fill.

Well congrats first of all....and she must have been nice and clean inside and no meat loss:) It happens...tree branches pop out of no where sometimes.

Very sorry to hear flint! I'm with you on people needing to stop smoking. Working in a hospital, I see so many with COPD and I have been at the bedside of patients dying from COPD or lung cancer because they smoked. COPD is one of the worst things to die from, I'll just say it now. So quit while you can. Don't put your family members through it.

To get called off from work:wacko: It always use to be a nurse shortage....now it's a patient shortage. I got called off of work for tomorrow....sure it means I get a day off to go hunting...but when I look forward to going into my job and helping people...well....Oh well, I keep praying things will pick up so we all can keep working.

I believe it was just bleached...Still procrastinating putting a nail in the wall to hang it,lol.

Don't worry about boys...don't worry about what other think. Avoid all that girl/boy drama stuff...better things in life at your age to do. When the right guy comes along, God will send him your way;) Not too much going on around these parts.

That is just a shame....glad you at least got some action in response. I'd be upset to!
