Re: NAP Quickspin Vanes Welcome to the forums. Glad your enjoying bowhunting. As far as the quickspins----they will stabilize your arrows better and have tightened my groups also. They weigh just a little more. The real advantage that I see is you can fletch them with just a slight right offset and get an arrow that spins like a helical fletch. This is important for me because I don't shoot a drop-away so it is hard to get vane clearance with a helical fletch. If you shoot a drop away with helical fletching then I don't think you will see as much as improvement with your groups. todd

Re: Fall plot progress.... Matt---i worked the soil using a 3-pt rototiller on the back of my Kubota. I then spread the seed using a seed/fertilizer spreader behind my ATV. I then lightly cover the seed using a homemade drag made out of chainlink fence. I then drive over the plot with the tractor to pack the seed and soil. todd

Re: Need advice.... If your very positive on your shot placement--where you said it was--that deer should not be too far. Don't just look for blood on the ground---look on bushes at about the same height as your exit/entrance hole. Blood from just the skin wound should rub off on the brush. Look hard--she's there. best of luck todd
