Sounds good, since I will go on Monday, I will close the voting for the top ten names on wednesday and thursday I will start the poll for the order of the top ten. The poll will end on Sunday and the top name will go into the Hot Seat on Monday the 27th.

man you dont follow the rules, starting monday is fine with me, It will just give people less time to vote, but it works for me. Does anyone agree to me going first so we all get the hang of it, or not?

OK, well there seems to be some interest in doing the "Hot Seat" for RealTree. I will list all the names that I read on the other post here. A poll will only allow me to place 10 names in it, so we will need to narrow the list down to 10 names. Once we have the top ten names, I will post a poll and we will vote. You only get one vote so make it count. The person with the most post will go first, second most will go second and so on. If there is a name not on this list that you would like to see in the hot seat please send me a PM with the name. In your repsonses to this post, please post the top three names you would like to see in the Hot Seat and nothing else. That will make it a lot easier for me to go through. If there are any new questions or concerns post in the original thread about the hot seat. The official Hot Seat will be on Wednesday, but I will do a trial one on Monday with me in the hot seat for everyone to get the hang of it. For me any question goes, I am open about it all and have no need to hide anything. Just remember the whole Family website when asking questions. Also could a mod sticky this? I dont think i would let it get to you, doesnt seem like anything you should be mad about. Who really cares about post counts? Seems that people only really care about quality of the post not the quantity.

i see the 9 as well. What else is awesome of this pic, is I have a pic of the exact shot you took but during May. When I go to my parents house I will try and find it and post it. I am so lucky that I have been there and can not wait to go back some day. Seeing that pic brings back awesome memories and just lightened my day. Thanks!!!!

on my WB you can tell where the fletchings are passing through it. What would be the cons if I cut out the "whiskers" where the fletching contacting them? so I would have three open slots in it.

Just thinking about things that I have seen on other forums and one thing that I saw that seemed pretty cool was something we call "The Hot Seat". Once a week a person from the forum is put in the hot seat for 24 hours. During the time they are in the "hot seat" people can ask anything they want to know about that person and the person answers. This was always fun because people were able to get to know other folks on the forum that they had heard of and wanted to know more about them. There should be only be one hot seat a week, like on Wednesday. This will give people something to look forward to and something to have some fun with here on RT. What we could do would be nominate about 10 people off of the forums to be put on the hot seat. Once we get the ten we would do a poll about who they most want to ask questions to and go in order from highest votes to lowest for the hot seat. The highest votes gets to go first and so on. Also if this is something people would want to do, we could get a mod in on it and sticky it so everyone would see it and it would not get lost in the topics during the days the hot seat is not occupied. Anyhow, just thought I would throw this out there to see if there was any interest in doing it, if so answer "Yes" or "No" in this post if you are interested or not and if so, start nominating people in a reply. Also if there are any questions about how this works let me know and we will figure it all out. I just think it would be cool to learn more about people here. The questions would be regulated to keep full names and personal info out of the threads, so if some random weird person came and read it nothing would happen. Anyhow, hope this all makes sense and hope yall would want to try and do this, if not, no big deal. The person in the Hot Seat gets to post things that they would not want to talk about as "off limits" in the first post of the thread. Like if someone doesnt want to talk about their family, health or so on. Also you can not vote for yourself, except for me since I am trying to start it so....reponses should look somewhat like this so it will be easy to tell if yall want to do this and who you would want nominated....
