  1. Awesome ATL on that set! I'd get that blown up and take down my Mona Lisa, lol! Great finds:)
  2. Gave #7 a lift home today. Nice little 4pt. side on the way to an old apple orchard. The search for it's mate was called off due to snow.
  3. Dandy set, welcome to the site.
  4. Don't worry Jeremy, I kept the writing in my face. Busy day out there today! I started out finding this deadhead about 7ft up a tree. Assume it was someones euro attempt from a few years ago. Antlers bleached and chewed/ fur still on. Hiked a good while longer before making my way closer to some backyards where I've been seeing deer. In the thicket I saw tines and uncovered this oldie 4 pt. Not far from here headed back into the timber I found this dead doe. She looked pretty fresh- still had her eyeballs. On my way out now. I have no clue how this one caught my eye other than antler colored bird poop around it. ;D There may have been 1/4" of bone showing. Another crotch horn oldie. Here I moved some of the leaves away. Figured I'd found my share for the day and would make the hike home taking the road. As I passed one of my honeyholes I decided to head into it for a quick look where I found my only freshy for the day- a 3pt busted main beamer. The days paycheck back at the palace.:drink:
  5. Yup, wouldn't mind one of them for my front door to tell ya the truth.:gunsmilie: I've run across some really unique signs out there over the years. Some make me laugh and others make me run, lol.:jaw:
  6. I don't know if I should feel happy or sad for you but glad you finally caught up to him. What a nice buck! Those sheds aint bad either.
  7. Figured it was just a matter of time before I started turning up a few deadheads. I think this guy slipped down a steep slippery slope and got planted in the stream at the bottom. He was a pretty fresh half rack spiker but that spike was still glued on to tight for me to get loose. I did see quite a few deer out and about but they never stuck around long enough for any good shots. ....and towards the end of my hike I got a good laugh at this posted sign. You talkin' ta me?
  8. Happ B-day Ruth! Be carefull around all those candles.
  9. Since so many folks concider hunting a "sport".....maybe we need referees to penalize for unsportmanlike conduct instead of ethics police enforcing imaginary laws.
  10. Things are starting to look up guys. Found another little antler for us today. Hope the warm weather sticks around long enough to make a difference and melt a few more out.

  14. That's great Jeremy.......now if we could just get you certified as a skyward shed spotter, you may be able to save me and Todd in the shed hunting contest this year! Good job!
  15. :jaw: Couple of really cool shots Carson! You did good nailing that deer and with that shot into the sun.....that's tougher to do than a lot of folks think it is.
  16. Nice shots Mike! Things should start to liven up soon with the warmer weather on the way to open up some of that ice. I've resorted to putting out some bird feeders until then to keep myself occupied.:eat:
  17. Nice find. I could use a slump buster myself about now.
  18. Nice! Critters here have been in hiding till the sun pops out. They don't get out often lately.
