The only time I was ever in Jackson, we went down to a nice little park along the river, right handy the bridge. I believe it was it was 97 degrees that day and the humidity was about 197% !!!!!!!!

You may do OK if your plates are from Dixie I didn't find out til later that the last major race riots we're in Meridian. Odd thing is..........we're a white family and all the hostile looks were coming from other white folks. Went over to McDonald's which was staffed 100% by black folks and got treated just fine......... Very strange occurrence. Hunted Rio gobblers a bit south of Abilene a couple times.......south of San Angelo. I just LOVE west Texas !!!!!

Haha !!! Just stay OUT of Meridian Mississippi !!!! Years ago, went into Meridian for lunch. Pulled into the Waffle House parking lot and got more sideways looks and hairy eyeballs through the window that we went to McDonald's instead. Probably didn't help that we were in a brand new, loud Grand Cherokee Ltd with Pennsylvania plates. Whereabouts in west Tejas you gonna be ??

Haha !! Take what Cabela's is asking and subtract 20-25% to get a rough idea of actual value. Cabela's is VERY proud of their Gun Library inventory and the pricetags show it. The Gunbroker advice William gave you is your best bet, IMHO. Do an advanced search for completed auction and see the ACTUAL selling prices were........... NOT what they're asking for them.
