I go to the chiropractor every now and then. My mom goes about once a month, her insurance pays for it, and it's a good chiropractor. She actually has some degenerative stuff going on in her neck and spine, and he had an x-ray done. Told her flat out don't get hit in a car from behind....
If it's a good chiropractor, you can't go wrong. MDs want to give you more pills, sometimes a person does need the pills, sometimes not.
And in terms of the chiropractor severing the artery....how different is it from an MD misdiagnosing a patient or having a surgery go wrong, etc....
