they would probably hate being my neighbors--i'd be like Dennis the Menace--always over there bugging them.
  4. lookin' at those hybrids make me hungry!
  5. both the dog and the handler. Does it get any better than this? How lucky I am to have a daughter that wants to share a hobby with a father. This is Peach--the little lab puppy that we raised since a week old. She is now 4 1/2 months old and coming along nicely. She is the fetchiest pup I have ever seen. The pup will fetch a bumper all day long--and her obedience is coming along nicely. Maybe a future FC (Field Champion) but I doubt it will be me handling her--Mollyann wants to be involved in all the training--which couldn't make me happier. Here are the two hard at work doing some obedience training (sit and heal): After reading the tribute to Dr. David on the main page--I can't help but give them just that one extra hug and that extra kiss. I don't think they (my two girls) understand it--but man I sure do these days. Life is short--you never know if that is going to be the last hug, the last kiss, the last "I love you". fighting back tears these days! todd

  11. got a nice one there--great pic.
  12. great pics--looks like a sweet spot:) JK--you need to provide a link to your pics or add them to your message.
  13. what a flop. ABC took a hit on those finals.
  14. your cereal grains and austrian winter peas make a great combo with brassicas.
  15. i'm not a bear hunter but the core-lokts shoot better out of my .25-06 than any of the premium loads. Great load for the price.
  16. lol--that's pretty funny.
  17. you can put me down for a dozen--I'd love to dedicate one for a deer in honor of him this year!
  18. I'm sure your hard work will pay off. Only problem I see is a good population of deer can wipe out 1/2 acre of brassicas in about a week. Personally if it was me I wouldn't plant anything right now and spray again this summer then plant you a nice cereal grain plot (wheat/rye). Don't get me wrong I love brassicas-- but once they become sweet and the deer start eating them they can wipe out a small plot pretty quick. good luck and look forward to your pics
  19. great germination. Look like a killin' spot!
  20. We have been blessed with plenty of rain this spring and the plots are responding nicely. Here are a few pics of one of the plots. They all look about the same: todd
  21. can't wait to see the pics. I don't know of any grass herbicide that you can use that won't kill the sorghum. You can use a broadleaf like 2,4D but it won't kill any unwanted grass.
  22. you got it partner--hope it turns out benign!
