Team 4 - Buckaneers Well you certainly did your part Tom! Congrats again! I'm back in the game now. Should put up a doe for insurance soon, but I'm so tied up in toting the recurve right now that it may be a few weeks. Rut here doesn't get going until December 15 or so.

Team 4 - Buckaneers Not sure if y'all saw the post in the lounge about me, but my season has taken a turn this week. Was diagnosed with testicular cancer Tuesday and had surgery yesterday. Hunting is out for about a month, but you can bank on me adding points for the team before the season is over. Good luck guys.

Life I agree man. I've been living the life here lately. 23 with a great girlfriend, family, friends, and job. Hardest decisions of my day was whether or not to eat nabs at lunch or go to subway and here lately what stand I'd hunt. Now this cancer has hit and slowed me down a bit, but I'm going to recoup just fine. Good post bud.

Rhine16 Thanks for all the support guys. I'm home and in my bed. It's painful, but other than that I'm good. It's testicular cancer, which has a 99% cure rate. Also, yesterday's ct scan showed no spreading so I should be good to go with just some light chemo or radiation. Thanks for the prayers guys.

That "may" happen, but I would to worried if I was you. For whatever reason the last several years the Cards have handled the Braves with no problems....... I sure hope that trend continues. Ha you know you don't have to remind me. Looks like Friday evening will be the first afternoon hunt I miss this season. Going to have the grill going and the tv on. Hoping its not chippers last game.

Full day in the stand.. what do you do/ bring? I read constantly when I'm on a hunt like that. Also check a few forums.
