I play, not much at all though. When I went to Vegas, the trip cost my $1025 for everything, flights, room, food, drinks and anything else. I only played BlackJack there. When I got home, I pulled all my cash winnings out of my pocket and counted it...$1001. So, my entire trip to Vegas for a week only cost me 24 bucks. That was nice.

Been hanging around 212-214 the past week or so. Next week/weekend is going to be killer for my diet. Got an out of town trip planned with a lady friend for the Bday. Hopefully i will be able to get out and excercise. It feels nice to be down 61 lbs! Still cant wait for the 200 mark and hopefully 190 by May. Thats the goal anyways.

No water pan for jerky here. The key is to dry the meat, not cook it with heat. When I do my jerky on the smoker, I keep my temps as low as possible, around 150 and have the meat as far away from the fire as possible. You will need to keep an eye on the meat often until you get good at smoking jerky. I use a water pan, full of apple juice for my butts only, everything else gets no water. If you know your smoker and can regulate your temps no meat should ever come out of the smoker too dry.

If someone on the east coast is bored, or anyone for that matter, could you see what shipping Raw Peanuts to me (99301) would cost? I cant find any out here to purchase. I found a place online that sells and ships peanuts but they want 30 bucks for 25 pounds and 30 bucks to ship it. I understand its heavy and big but dang I was not expecting 60 bucks total for some nuts. I just want some boiled peanuts, I am craving South Carolina black women on the side of the road selling boiled peanuts right now... Somethings I just hate about the west!
