Now that I have been out here just shy of 2 years, I am finally starting to get a feel for the land and figure out places that I can hunt and fish. This past season I saw a sign that said "feel free to hunt" and marked it down on the GPS. Well, Saturday I decided to get out of the house and walk around, look for deer, get some excercise and spend time in God's country. Some poeple have no idea what central Washington looks like, so, after these pics you will have a better understanding. This place is 15 miles from the house and free for me to hunt whenever I would like. The only problem is, its free for everyone else in the world as well, but maybe, no one knows about it or hunts it. I did manage to find a few deer and all were still carrying antlers. Do Mule deer hold their antlers longer than whitetails? Anyhow, heres a few pics of the terrain that I hunt, hike and take vacations.
And, Yes, I'm well aware that I have more grey hair than all you people, and i'm only 26.
Also, ignore that ugly dude in some of the pics, he was blocking the scenery!
