Re: Regular Season... I am excited and am sitting here in torture at college until later but I agree with you. Rifles shouldn't be allowed here, the ammo goes farther and when you have people who shoot at running deer, getting hit yourself is a risk. We have neighbors that get all their friends/relatives together and they push all the woods and shoot at deer running across the fields, usually wounding or missing them; I don't call shooting at a deer running full speed across a field ethical hunting. The neighbors are jerks but there is a slight rivalry that goes on,lol. When we see the neighbors go out, we hurry and get out so that the deer they chase come to us,lol! So it isn't al lthat bad but I agree with what ya say Jeff. Good luck to everyone and stay safe!

Re: Some sick SOB is killing Wisconsin deer hunters I just read that, how horrible! I guess some hunter was sitting in his stand or something and shot him and then others came to help and he shot them to.What is this world coming to?!

Re: Brother got his frst bow buck My first deer also I hit in the back end and hit an artery and it looekdl ike a lung shot with all the blood. Of course I've learned alot since then, it shows when the buck I got 2 weeks ago was a perfect shot through the lungs and knicked the heart. I have a better bow now also. Congrats to your brother!

Last night the one side of my throat got sore, today it hurts and I'm avoiding talking, not that I usually do anyway,lol. It never fails for me to get sick when I get stressed before a break and this weekend is the last 2 days of turkey season. Well after my class ends at 3pm, I got permission to not work in the training room so I'm going home to rest up and hopefully in the morning I can go hunting if I feel better. Please say a quick prayer because I want to be wekk for shotgun season starting Monday and also that maybe I'll be blessed with a turkey? I haven't seen or heard them where I thought they might be and where I found some sign(not fresh) so I don't know what to do now.

Of being left-out? Feeling alone even when your mom says God is with you, you still feel lonely? Man I got an email and the one girl is playing on another intramural basketball team and they don't have room for more players; another girl I kinda know I don't think has room on her team either which would mean I'd have to sign up to be put on whatever team. I feel so stinking left out of things. Being a commuter makes things tough sometimes. I also got a 67% on a test which is a D and I have got to pull my last test grade up really well because this class is part of my major. The problem is the professor sucks and is making his class suck also. I know I sound liek I'm wining and some of you may be nasty enough to say suck it up but I'm in a bad mood, pmssing(the women on here I know can sympathize), frustrated not getting a turkey yet, and just plain burned out in school not too mention feeling lonely. *Sigh* I just had to vent somewhere somehow.

Re: Scott Peterson Ok guys, I know you all seem to be "happy" about this but let's remember that other people visit this site, specifically maybe younger people and we are trying to keep a family friendly atmosphere, not one that shows extreme hatred for a person who obviously did something extremely wrong and against Biblical morals. I don't want to get anyone mad, but it is upsetting to me to see all these posts with symbols representing swear words and we need to remember the younger hunters on here. By the way, the picture from ebay I find quite disgusting.

Ok, first of all apologies for not getting my contest entry photos in, I've been busy and the computer at home has been less than cooperative. Now for the good news, 1 week from today till the opener of shotgun season, 1 week from tomorrow till Thanksgiving break, and 1 week from yesterday until turkey season is over. I'm not sure what is up with the turkeys but I'm going out when I get home and also in the morning tomorrow. I sure would love to get a fall turkey since I have been in a turkey slump for a year I went out deer hunting last night and heard and saw the deer but they all spooked and I can't figure why unless the wind suddenly swutched directions because the wind was in my favor, oh well. Hope you all are getting ready to have a great Thanksgiving! (and remember Who we should really be thanking)

It is due next Tuesday and of course I'm last minute because I have tons of other work. Anyway I need a good, clever, ctachy title, any ideas? My only one so far is Outdoor Secrets: A Collection of Outdoor Poetry. My other title that I thought of was Outdoor Gifts. Anyway if you have any opinions/ideas, please let me know! Re: *EMERGENCY* help me out! Well I have found that my peep slips down once in a while and causes my arrows to shoot a little off. Also I had the rubber be too long or stretched which didn't straighten the peep out.
