I have an 8 and a 9 that are around 120". My shotgun buck from last year is a fuzz over 140". I sure wish I would've had a chance at him with my bow.

I was wandering about these myself. Bass Pro is having them on sale for their Fall classic sale. I think they have the 400 for like $99 with a $20 mail in rebate. Sounds like a sweet deal.

I hear ya! I never have liked summer weather, even as a kid. It makes me miss the few years I had of Minnesota summers before I got married. I'm ready for fall to get here.

"Flethings Only Better" I believe is what it stands for. I've never used them myself. There is quite a bit of info on them over on the Archerytalk forums. Most people seem to like them.

Ditto to that, but I carry my chap stick in the right front and my change in the left front. The wallet is always left rear for me...just don't feel right on the right.:wacko:

That's awesome Swampy! It had to be pretty cool to take some jiu jitsu instruction from the best around.

That's pretty much the results I've had with them. I have a few arrows with the Extreme shrink fletch and 4" Duravanes. I've also had a few pass throughs without any damage. I shoot a drop away now, but even when I had a whisker biscuit I thought that they held up better than fletchings that my shop put on.

A buddy of mine has a Suburban and ran E85 for a while. Apparently his fuel mileage dropped by about 20%, and it's only about 30 cents cheaper per gallon. I've got carb problems on my daughters 4 wheeler I need to take care of.

I put some cameras out two weeks ago, probably won't check them for another two weeks. I've got 5 sets to hang, but with 95 degrees I think I'll wait till the end of August and see if it cools down a smidge. I also need to get started on my fall plots here in the next few weeks, so I can get them planted in early September.

He seems like a good kid with a ton of talent. IMO hockey players seem to be some of the most generous out of all the pro sports, especially when it comes to kids. Now, if we can just get the Cup to St. Louis.....

I do like using the lip balm and lotion that they have. I tried the scent elimination spray a couple of years ago, and it seemed to have kind of a smoky aroma to it that I didn't really care for. I generally like a spray with an earth scent, but I have a few buddies that swear by DDW.

I made many a trip to South dakota with a buddy who shot a 20 gauge side by side, and he did pretty darn good. What part of S.D. do you hunt in? We go around Woonsocket, which is about 30 miles from Mitchell.

My sister is one of my best friends. She's 27 and I'm 34. We've been through a lot together when we were younger....more than i could begin to talk about. Through all the hard times growing up we knew we could always count on each other. On the other side is my half brother. He's 16 now, and neither one of us has seen him in about 3 years. When our dad passed away his mom and grandma didn't even let him come to the funeral home...which I thought was wrong, and I let the grandma know that. Unfortunately she thought I was a bad apple and and never told him when I would call. He is a spoiled kid...mom's only son and grandmas only grandson. They are way overprotective of him. I kinda figure in the next few years when he starts making his own decisions in life hopefully we can get together again.

I am somewhere in the middle. I will pretty much shoot any doe. but will pass on 1 1/2 year old bucks. A 2 1/2 year old around here is generally an 8 or 10 pointer that's around 200 lbs. live weight...good enough for me.

I'm not sure how I feel about this yet. My gut instinct says that Obama took it personal and gave him the ax...just because he can. I'm just happy that my boss doesn't fire me every time i disagree with a dicision he's made. :jaw:

Looks good! That joker has plenty of character! Man, I won't be getting my mount back till October, a lot of you guys are getting them back pretty quick.
