    Hey Buckee

Happy birthday Steve! I hope you have a great one buddy!
  2. Go Cards! This is Redbird Nation!
  3. We rented "Jennifer's Body" last weekend. I thought it was decent, but the wife thought it was stupid.
  4. About two years after my dad passed away I shot, what was at the time, my biggest buck. Him and I hunted this farm together at least once ot twice a year for about 10 years. I also hunt there with my grandpa, so it was kind of a special moment to me. I have a lot of great memories of this place, and hope to be able to take my kids hunting there in a few years.
  5. Man, that's awesome! Great pics! I love seeing the little ones playing hockey. Looks like she really enjoys it!
  6. I clicked traditional, but actually carry both types with me I'm hunting. I use the hook to open the belly and the straight blade for everything else.
  7. Fuel injector or timing issue would be my best guess if it's not the fuel pump. Let me know whenever you find out...my Chevy is a '98 too.
  8. Generally I'm up at 5:30-shower and breakfast and work 6:30-3:30 or 4:00.
  9. We seen "Ingloriuos Bastards" a few weeks ago. It's actually a pretty good movie if you can get past all the subtitles. I was dissapointed in "Zomieland". I had heard how good it was from a few people, but it wasn't that great. "The Blind side" is on my list of movies to see.
  10. Happy birthday young lady! Hope you have a great day!

    Bristol

Awesome! Me being a dirt racing kinda guy i love the short tracks. Bristol is the one race I want to go to one of these days.
  12. I have a used one I would sell if you're interested. It's a Super Dog EDT100-1000 yard range-20 intensity levels-nick and continous modes-hard case and tester. Shoot me a p.m. if you're interested. If you're in the market for a new one, as mentioned above, Tri-Tronics seems to be top notch.
  13. A suspension lift comes with all of the brackets to lower your differential cases and steering components to keep all of the c.j. angles real close to factory specs. If you're not too hard on it you should be fine with the torsion crank. I had a '90 back in the day and put on a body lift and cranked the torsion bars a little, and had to replace both shafts within about 15,000 miles of doing so. I was living in Minnesota at the time and actually put quite a few miles on in 4 wheel drive during the winter, so I'm sure that contributed to them wearing out. Plus I used to have a heavy right foot.:flex:
  14. Glad to here he's doing better! As soon as I read the first post I thought it might be strep. We had the exact same issue with our boy about a year and a half ago. 105 fever and pretty much unresponsive. We put him in a cold bath for a few minutes and brought him straight to the hospital.
  15. More than likely on the front, the tires will hit the corner of the front bumper when you turn, especially if your turning and hit a bump or curb. That seems to be the biggest clearance issue on Chevy's. If you have 285's, you could turn the wheels and just take a measurment to see how much clearance you have there. I put 33's on a Chevy I had a few years ago and had to shave a little off the front bumper to keep them from rubbing. I should also add that it may depend on the wheel width and offset if they'll rub or not. Factory wheels might not be that close since they keep the wheels under the fenders more.
  16. Amen brother! Carl tried for a few laps to take Brad out. I think they should make an example out of Edwards. I like Carl, but you cannot spin someone out in the middle of the front strech on a track that fast and not expect them to flip. The roof flaps are no where near as big as the wing, and when they get turned around going 185 m.p.h., the roof flaps do very little to keep the car from going over. The bigger surface area of the wing is just too much...it's got to go. As to the first incedent of the race between them two...that looked like Edwards fault to me. Brad was on the line and Edwards looked like he moved down on him. I didn't see Brad's car turn to the right at all, it looked like he just held his line on the bottom.
  17. Yep, definately get an alignment ASAP. Also be a little more gentle with the gas pedal when you're in 4 wheel drive. Cranking on the bars puts the C.V. joints at steeper angle and might cause them to wear out prematurely. 285's might be as big as you can go, I'm not sure if a 305 would fit or not without modifying the front bumper.
  18. I'm shooting a 60 lb. Mission Journey. It has a Trophy ridge drop away and sight, G5 peep, S-coil stabilizer, and I'm shooting aluminum 2219's. When i'm looking for a new bow I generally narrow down my search by specs. I like a A to A between 31" and 34" and a brace height over 7", and weight under 4 lbs.. Then I shoot a few at the bow shop, pick out one I like, then go on A.T. and buy one that's a few months old. I would like to dump the drop away in favor of a whisker biscuit and replace the vertical pin TR sight with an Extreme before next bow season.
  19. I watch it when I can. Most afternoon games start while I'm still at work. U.S.A. snuck out a tight win yesterday. I've actually been watching womens hockey too. U.S. and Canada play this afternoon, I believe. One of those teams is going home without a medal.
  20. When I sold my 20's with Goodyears I got $600, but my tires were only about 70%.
  21. Mu pump gun is a Winchester 1300. It's been a great shotgun for me. I've hunted deer, turkey, pheasant and everything in between with it. My cousin has an 870 that I've shot a few times and it seems like a pretty solid gun.

    Hey Ruth

Happy birthday T.G.! Hope you have a great day!
  23. I can't wait to see it with the tires and wheels on it! That's when you'll notice the difference. With the kit and bigger tires it should be about 3-4" taller than stock. I have the same exhaust set up on my Chevy...duel pipes from the exhaust manifold and two converters with no mufflers. It's actually not bad from inside unless you really get on it. It is a little noisy if your the car behind me though.
  24. Happy birthday! Hope you have a good one! I'm not sure what's up with the little birthday thingy at the bottom....mine hasn't showed up on there for the last two years.
  25. Favorite sport would be hockey....St. Louis Blues. My favorite baseball team is the Cardinals. Favorite football team is the Minnesota Vikings.
