  1. Mr Yoshidas Gormet sauce will make a piece of dog poo taste great. Let the venison or any meat for that matter sit in Mr Yoshidas a few days in the fridge. Then grill it. Wow... Venison, turkey breast, goose breast all work with Yoshidas. Venison or game for that matter...90% is cooked on the grill. For us here anyway.
  2. I have had great experiences with Yamaha products. My Kodiak 400 4x4 is a beast.
  3. Thats cool Leo. Gary Sinise really puts his money where his mouth is. Great to see celebs helping wounded vets.

    <<343>>

That I believe, is truck 343...Can't tell. A few of the emergency vehicles were cleaned, wrapped in plastic then stored for a while. These are actual vehicles from that day. When the time was right the artifacts(many of them) were dropped through a hole in the deck to the museum down below. What your looking at is the unfinished 9/11 museum. Which I read in todays paper that it will finally have to money to be completed.

    Pigman

I have watched it and I think he is quite good doing what he does. Pigman may not have the Waddell personality or wise crack one liners. But the guy knows how to kill pigs. I like the part of his show where he goes over bullet performance and occasionally goes to factories to build a weapon or load bullets for his adventures. Kill them hogs Pigman.
  13. 38 this morning in Sullivan county,NY where I woke up. Had to start a fire. Oil heat project not completed yet. Brrrr...Trees are dropping leaves all over. Forest will be bare at this rate. Will have no cover to sit in a tree come bow season. Boy did fall get here quick.

This truck...343 is wrapped in plastic and will be of the museums exhibit at the 9/11 Memorial. Here it is. Not many have seen this yet. Count yourself among the the few who have. Pic taken off my lift at work. A huge symbol of bravery.

    9/11

A Sad sad day in American History. I am reminded daily of what took place. Every day I show up to work. At times I look out over the site and think how it used to look before the towers fell and how many peoples lives changed so dramatically that day. The sorrow can be overwhelming...even now. We can never get caught sleeping again. We must remain eternally vigilant. God Bless America.
  16. Nice brush bustin round and easy carrying rifle. If you haven't chosen ammo yet. Give the Hornady Lever Revolution a look. I use it in my 30/30 and my son Joe uses it it in his 35rem. Both with great results. Good Luck Mike.
  17. Yeah William...I'd say that was a close call. Glad it wasn't worse. Go cut a nice round plaque from the Maple that fell, for the horns you will be mounting on them this fall. Make lemonade from the lemon. Firewood and a plaque.
  18. Cabelas is a great company...Keep buying from them. I own their stock! That is very nice of you Ruth to offer that up as a prize. You da Gal.
  19. Ya can't eat horns. Good luck with the new rifle. BTW...What caliber is it?

    UV glow.

This is what we use here in this house...Atsko Sport wash. It removes scent, no UV brightners and is quite reasonable as far as cost. Oh Yeah...It also removes stains left from proteins. Like when kids puke all over the rug/beds...Stepping in dog poo and getting in the car and also removing dry blood beside making your hunting clothes scent and UV free. It is all I use for deer and yote hunting.

    Anybody?

Chris...My wife had her gall bladder removed laproscopically after our 3rd son. She has 2 little incision scars( one for tools and the other for a camera) on her stomach area and the gall bladder was removed through her belly button. It was mimimally intrusive and recovery was fairly easy. For her anyway. Some pain around incisions, but basically it was a fast recovery. Hope this info helps a bit. Prayers headed your way bud.
  22. I practice at 40...Killed a big ole doe with a 42yd shot 2 years ago. She ran about 20 yards and piled up. That sound of the arrow penetrating the chest cavity is so distinctive. I love it!

    Days Remaining

Hey...Here comes mine. Thank you so much for your sacifices. We here sleep well, because of brave men like you that allow us that luxury. May God Bless you.
  24. We leave the blinds up for the duration of the seasons. We hunt only patrolled private family property. So we do not have theft issues. I would think scent getting all over the blind by transport and storage would be bad. So the blinds stay until the season is over. If you are worried about it. Set up a hidden trail cam nearby.
