    Home!

Welcome home Tim. Enjoy being home.
  9. Muggs I picked up this new arrow saw on EBay for like $65 shipped. They are made quite well and work great also. A cheaper alternative to other arrow saws. This is the 4th year my son and I (plus all his friends:rolleyes:) have been using it. My son Joe will be cutting Easton Full Metal Jacket(carbon wrapped aluminum 10.4gpi) arrows with it tomorrow. His new shafts just came in. We like to do as much as possible ourselves also, fletching also. I look at the saw like an investment. We have 3 bow shooters here in this home so it paid for me to buy it. Weigh out your options as to buying a saw or having them cut for you. Harbor Freight sells the exact saw(mini chop saw with vice) on my arrow saw for $20-25 but it comes without the table for the saw. Also as said earlier...the G5 arrow squaring device is highly recommended. Good Luck.
  10. Education is quite important for OUR children, but with all the cuts that have to be made; to make a attempt to balance the budget...sadly eduction is feeling them also. Spending is out of control and the enormous sense on entitlement needs to end. But hurting our children through cutting funding for schools doesn't seem like the right path. Hope you hold on Chris...Unemployment bites...I have been there numerous times.

  17. You hit the nail right on the head Joe. How can anyone justify salaries like that. OK, I can see the United Way and even the NWTF big(s) in high salary position(s)...But this is the September 11th Memorial and Museum at Ground Zero. Have they no shame? You know they are well off also , or else how would they have gotten such a high paying job to begin with? Part of what is wrong with country.
  18. Gray hair, black hair I don't care. Call it a distinguished look . Nice country...but where are the trees? The dogs enjoyed themselves huh?

    14 Years...

Keep on swinging Chris...Hope it is never an issue again.
  20. I know in order for the top talent to be kept the better or best salaries must be paid...but come on. Lets leave the profit grabbing to some other "not for profit " and let as much as possible go to the Memorial honoring those lost that fateful day. I just never understood how these execs command such outrageous salaries...So many people donating their nickels and dimes to build this place so some exec could get $371,000/year in pay. Just a piece of what is wrong with this country .
  21. This is a crime if you ask me. How can folks take salaries like this from donated money to build the Memorial? Little kids from all over have been saving pennies to donate so the museum can be built and salaries like this are given out? I work at this site and I think it is quite mismanaged. These type of salaries add insult to injury. See article link below. What say you? http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/manhattan/museum_bigs_cash_in_KF1koFDHNn0XyKakSzYPzN
