I get mine at Walmart or a hunting store and they'll usually look at the previous year's license.Ohiobucks has a point and if you consider all things, this is what the world is coming to...a sign of the times. For pete's sake NY has to legalize rifles now...why can't anyone be happy hunting with a shotgun or anything at all!? Sorry, I got onto another soapbox,lol

Re: Kid shot wiht bow! Wow, poor kid. See this is why I think some kids are way to young to even handle a bow or gun. They are not mature enough to understand how dangerous guns and bows really are....educate your children well please! I'm not saying all young kids shouldn't learn to hunt early but if this kid was really young, like 8 or 10, I don't think they can comprehend the dangerousness

Re: Favorite National Park? Well it isn't exactly called a National Park but I love the Adirondack Park! I read it is the largest park (both state/national) outside of Alaska. The High Peaks are awesome and even not in the mountains is beautiful.

Re: Bad ATV accident...preyers needed Sorry to hear of such a horrible accident. Thank the Lord though she was not injured more seriously. A few weeks ago while in the Adirondacks, a 50 yr. old was killed on his ATV in the town where my college's Adirondack campus is. We had to detour around the accident. He somehow got into the wrong lane and was hit by about a 30 yr. old driving a pick-up.
